Our mission at empower yoga is to inspire you to live boldly and courageously. From a physical perspective, the power is indicative of the poses and flow of practice. The poses we use will focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility while moving from one pose to the next. Our studio is heated for the majority of the classes, and offers a variety of power yoga classes. Community, service, and connection define who we are and what we are a stand for.
